Donna Burke

Women’s Ministry Director

Hometown: Hartselle, AL

Even though I grew up in a wonderful Christian home, it wasn’t until college that my faith truly became my own and I saw how God had made me to play a part in his bigger story in the world. God redirected the course of my life through my own involvement with Campus Outreach as a student at George Washington University, and I felt called to serve with the ministry post-college. After five years of serving on several DC campuses and receiving my Master’s degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, we welcomed our first child and I left CO to pursue my next vocation as a biblical counselor. After five years of counseling, I returned to the CO team ready to use my skills to build up the ministry as a whole, investing in staff and students who will be the future leaders in the church. My heart's desire is to see the nations worship Jesus Christ, and I am privileged to be sent onto the campus to share his love. I live in Cheverly, MD with my husband Kyle, and three beautiful kids, James, Ruth, and Annie Lou.
